Job Summary
Manage inbound contacts via phone, chat, text, and email while troubleshooting consumer electronics, qualifying issues, and offering product solutions. Identify customer needs to recommend upgrades and accessories that drive sales. Document all interactions in the database and maintain effective teamwork to meet personal and team goals. Requires high school diploma, one year of customer service experience preferred, and availability between 9:00 a.m. and midnight with weekend shifts. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- One year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate and efficient typing proficiency
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing priorities
