Job Summary

Technical Support Agent provides technical assistance and answers to users, troubleshooting problems with computer hardware or software. Responsibilities include identifying, investigating, and resolving issues with software/hardware; handling support via calls, chat, email; guiding users through diagnostic steps; applying knowledge to solve problems; assisting clients in optimizing software usage. Requires clear communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer hardware/software. Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field preferred with 6–12 months in technical support within a BPO environment.   • 6-12 months of experience in technical support within the BPO industry

  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with an array of computer hardware and software
