Job Summary
Manage inbound contacts via phone, chat, text, and email while maintaining knowledge of consumer electronics. Identify customer needs, qualify issues, and offer solutions by troubleshooting, product setup, and resolution. Personalize support to improve satisfaction and accurately document all interactions in the database. Grow sales by recommending upgrades, accessories, and additional services. Meet personal and team goals while developing effective working relationships. Work full-time between 9:00 a.m. and midnight with weekend availability at $19.00 per hour.
