Job Summary
Record and complete all customer phone contacts within the prescribed database while answering technical questions regarding Falcon Jet Aircraft operations. Execute the entire AOG Response process consistently, coordinate with the Worldwide Technical Front Line team to resolve issues, and troubleshoot aircraft discrepancies to recommend corrective actions. Review technical manuals to suggest product improvements promoting safety or reduced costs, and assist customers in obtaining necessary parts from Spares. Submit owner information changes and attend Worldwide Front Line meetings annually as prescribed. Requires an A&P license, minimum two years of experience with Falcon Jet aircraft systems, and some travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- A&P license
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience on or with Falcon Jet aircraft systems, i.e., avionics, engines or equivalent to those installed on Falcon Jet aircraft
- Good computer and telephone communication skills
- Some travel
Desired Qualifications

- Inspection Authorization

- Knowledge of French language
