Job Summary
Level 1 Support Representative for MaintainX, serving customers across chat, email, and phone with first-contact resolution. Responsible for diagnosing software issues via live screen shares, guiding customers through solutions, escalating with clear root-cause documentation when needed, and building self-service resources (knowledge base articles, saved replies, troubleshooting guides). Will surface recurring issues and provide structured product feedback to the Product team; participate in follow-ups on open tickets after new releases; collaborate with Sales on pricing or solution discussions. Requires 2+ years of full-time software-support experience, native/fluent Spanish and strong English (written and spoken), experience conducting live screen shares, and familiarity with Intercom or Zendesk. Portuguese language skills are a plus; a BSc/BEng or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time experience in customer or technical support for a software product
- Hands-on troubleshooting instincts
- Native or fluent Spanish and strong written and verbal English
- Experience conducting live screen shares to walk customers through solutions
- Familiarity with help desk tools such as Intercom or Zendesk
- Comfort with basic web/app troubleshooting (cache, permissions, connectivity issues)
- Nice to have: Portuguese language skills (written and spoken)
- BSc/BEng or equivalent
