Job Summary
Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and social media for homeowners and plumbers. Provide troubleshooting assistance on water filtration products, assist with order entry, sales, and account reconciliation, and help customers with product installation, maintenance, and usage questions. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products based on customer needs. This role reports to the E-Commerce Channel Manager and is remote, with occasional office travel to the Fort Worth location for meetings and training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, associate degree
- 2+ years of applicable experience
- Experience with Magento, Tidio Live Chat, Chat Bot, ticketing System or related e-commerce and CRM platforms
- Experience with order entry and expediting orders
- Experience with SAP systems regarding stock levels, stock location, order management, price/availability checks or similar
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment
