Job Summary
Technical Support Officer to support the Housing Regulatory Services Team, in Housing Enforcement functions under Renters Rights Act, providing accurate and comprehensive technical support to enable housing enforcement officers to protect and improve health, safety and welfare of residents, workers and visitors. Role may be deployed across the Housing Regulatory Services Team as priorities change. Work may include hybrid/remote arrangements (home working, flexitime) as part of flexible working. Strong verbal/written communication and ability to handle detailed and complex work are required.
Required Qualifications
- GCSE maths and English pass
- A level, NVQ or equivalent pass
- Existing technical knowledge of Housing Regulatory Services or ability to develop it
- Experience of operating data management systems
