Technical Support - NLS - HN

Diagnose and repair home appliances through telephone conversations by directing troubleshooting with customers and field technicians. Provide diagnosis to resolve systematic issues for Home Appliance devices while managing various activities as needed. This role requires being computer savvy, comfortable on the phone, and possessing knowledge of appliances, with full training provided.
