Technical Support Manager (IOT)

Job Summary
Oversee IoT product support operations and performance, monitor IoT sensor health and system reliability, manage escalation between technical, engineering, and management teams, and drive continuous improvement. Lead a team with strong leadership and people-management capabilities, using data-driven insights to resolve incidents, improve SLA adherence, and provide technical feedback for product enhancements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of experience, including team leadership; familiarity with SaaS platforms and the SI ecosystem is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive initiative are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with strong electronics / technical experiences
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the role and experience in managing and grow a team
- Experience in System Integrator (SI) industry or familiar with SaaS platform is an added advantage
- Proven track record in incident and troubleshooting management
- Good leadership and people management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and a can-do attitude
- Technically independent with good initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions.
