Job Summary
Technical Support Manager role leading Aggreko's Technical Support Desk across Europe. Focus on delivering technical support excellence, ensuring compliant, data-informed solutions, driving capability development, AI/self-service enablement, and strengthening customer outcomes. Requires leadership in power/temperature control or industrial equipment, EU regulatory familiarity (F-Gas, PED, PSSR), and a track record of aligning technical support with sales and operations to optimize performance, sustainability, and EBITDA. European footprint with multiple locations and flexible work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced technical leader with a strong background in power, temperature control or industrial equipment solutions
- Knowledgeable in EU compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g. F-Gas, PED, PSSR)
- Commercially aware, with a track record of supporting sales and operational teams to achieve performance targets
- Data-driven, with experience using digital tools and analytics to improve decision-making and outcomes
- Collaborative communicator, able to connect SMEs, sales teams and operational stakeholders across regions
