Job Summary
Provide expert Level 2 technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server, Exchange, and Intune. Work closely with clients to deliver outstanding IT solutions while gaining hands-on experience with Azure, cloud services, and cybersecurity. Contribute to exciting projects to develop technical expertise within an expanding Microsoft MSP in Dublin.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft environments within an MSP
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop
- Strong knowledge of Exchange
- Strong knowledge of Intune
- Excellent communication skills
- Clear English
- Client-focused approach
- Based in Dublin
- Nearby location to Dublin
- Fully eligible to work in Ireland
- EU passport
- Valid work permit
