Job Summary
On-site technical support in an infrastructure environment providing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment; serves as liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects; performs hardware/software installation, repair, upgrade, and training of users; supports VPN connectivity, imaging via SCCM, Active Directory, and OS365; may require weekend and shift/on-call coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong hardware/software installation, support, and troubleshooting
- Windows XP, 10, and 11 experience
- Mac OS and iOS support
- Active Directory
- MS Office
- OS365
- VPN connectivity and security
- Configuring new PCs/notebooks via imaging, SCCM and standalone
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts
- Hands&Eyes support
- Lift and carry up to 40lbs
- Lenovo or other vendor certifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+/Security+ (Preferred but not required)
- Apple training (preferred but not required)
