Job Summary
Provide technical support for a specific customer including escalations, fleet performance, system installations, and upgrade programs; act as intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer and Division by delivering technical support and documentation to field engineers, technicians and product support personnel; deliver Alpha Site Support related to installation, operation, calibration, service and testing of new hardware, process or software design; deliver Beta Site Support for new hardware/software/process on customer tools; initiate ECO reviews and communicate data to field; generate and present system performance data (MTBF, MTBI, Availability) and analytics; support documentation such as CENs and BKMs; create and review documentation on technical improvements and upgrades; present at customer level and ensure field implementation.
