Job Summary
Conduct on-site support and triage for Desk, Wall, Floor, and ceiling ports, including equipment room patching, shared printers, and audio-visual equipment. Perform daily checks, monitor on-site equipment, and assist with network equipment installation and documentation at customer premises. Escalate incidents to the offsite team as required and log tickets with third-party vendors. This fully onsite role supports a prestigious client within the Telefónica Tech UK&I hub, which delivers cloud, data, AI, and cyber security solutions to over 5.5 million customers globally.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as on-site IT engineer or on a busy Service Desk
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
- It is essential that you meet Security Clearance vetting requirements as this is a requirement of the role
- Any offer would be conditional upon the successful candidate passing BPSS & SC Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of AV equipment is highly advantageous
