Job Summary
Senior-level technical support role focused on delivering high-quality Cohesity data security solutions. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing and troubleshooting Cohesity software/hardware across cloud and on-prem environments, updating knowledge articles, collaborating with sales/engineering, mentoring colleagues, and participating in product previews and enablement initiatives. Core tech focus spans Linux/Windows system administration, networking (TCP/IP, TLS, PKI, firewalls, DNS, LDAP/AD), storage (LVM, RAID, DAS, SAN/NAS, software-defined storage), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, RHV, Nutanix), containers (Docker/Podman), Kubernetes, databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and scripting (Python, Perl, PHP). Certifications in Linux, networking, and cloud platforms are relevant. Requires 4+ years of enterprise technical support or live datacenter experience, English proficiency, and ability to work onsite 2 days and remotely 3 days per week.
