Develop technical solutions for software and setup errors for field engineers and customers, creating workaround procedures when standard methods fail. Establish troubleshooting guides, operational monitoring, and alerting systems to enhance self-serve support tools. Escalate urgent problems requiring advanced knowledge to internal resources. Requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience.
