Job Summary
Technical Support Engineer to support an international client base from Indonesia, working fully remote on PST hours. Role focuses on troubleshooting complex IT solutions, cloud infrastructure, and web applications, maintaining detailed documentation, deepening product knowledge, and providing data-driven feedback to engineering. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years in IT/technical support, AWS and web development knowledge, strong English and Mandarin skills, and be able to operate on Pacific Standard Time schedule. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field
- Minimum of 2 years in IT support, technical customer success, or cloud technical customer support
- Solid knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Web Development
- Programming Logic
- Computer Networks
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Professional or conversational Mandarin
- Ability to work full-time on PST hours
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Preferred programming background
