Job Summary

Technical Support Engineer (Azure & Microsoft 365) responsible for promptly responding to inbound requests, diagnosing and resolving issues across cloud infrastructure and productivity services, investigating outages and performance concerns, delivering Tier 1–2 support, and documenting incidents and resolutions. Collaborates with Microsoft and internal teams to resolve complex platform problems and contributes to knowledge articles and runbooks. Requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS), and experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira); strong customer-first communication and ability to manage multiple incidents in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-have familiarity with PowerShell/scripting, ITIL/incident management, CSP/partner-based support, and cloud monitoring tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical support or cloud support
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
