Job Summary
Technical Support Engineer to deliver cloud-first IT support across endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, and workplace technology. Manage and support endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, and ensure reliable in-office technology including conference rooms, printers, networking, and Wi‐Fi. Responsibilities include end-user support, ticket triage, hardware/software diagnostics, device provisioning, documentation, and contributing to security/compliance policies. Role involves in-office work in Washington, DC with potential for some remote work after six months, and opportunities to grow into deeper cloud and infrastructure responsibilities within a collaborative IT team.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent Technical Certification
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Supportive mindset for a collaborative team environment
