Job Summary
Technical Support Engineer for Datacenter and IaaS environments responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Linux, Windows-Server, VMware, and related panels (cPanel, Plesk), networking gear, and power equipment. Strong documentation and communication in German and English. Must have a driver license. 24/7 rotating shift with a 10-day cycle; on-site in Frankfurt, Germany.
