Job Summary
Provide L2 TAC support for Juniper M/T/Mx/PTX/ACX series in a hybrid role, troubleshooting complex hardware and software, owning customer escalations from case creation to resolution, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and continuously improving processes; requires BE in Electronics Engineering or CS and 4–7 years of IP networking experience, with strong customer-facing communication and hands-on expertise with Juniper/Cisco/Nortel/Huawei platforms.
Required Qualifications
- BE in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
- 4-7 years experience supporting/designing/implementing IP networks
- Experience troubleshooting large IP networks
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills
- Platform knowledge: Juniper (routers, switches), Cisco, Nortel, Huawei (preferred)
