Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to systems, software, and hardware while following standard procedures. Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate internal departments and maintain strong communication with clients. Work within a team-oriented environment, applying organizational skills and attention to detail to deliver excellent customer service. On-site presence and a shifting schedule are required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related IT field is preferred, though all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
