Job Summary
Technical Support Engineer for Italian- and English-speaking customers in Germany. Provide second- and third-level technical support via remote assistance, phone, and email, collaborate with product development to resolve issues, and assist the Sales team. Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by leveraging strong IT knowledge, network proficiency, and clear communication. Onsite onboarding at HQ in Göppingen with hybrid work options and benefits package including bonuses, pension, e-bike, and other perks. Must have a degree in an IT-related field and native- or near-native Italian language skills plus English; experience with Windows, Mac OS, Linux, iOS, and Android is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, information systems, applied computer science or a similar education in an IT related field
- Business level fluency of Italian language and English
- Very good knowledge of networks and experience with Windows, Mac OS, Linux, iOS, Android
