Job Summary
Technical Support Engineer III provides multi-tier product and application support via phone, chat, and email for customer-installed base products, delivering solutions aligned to customer requirements, evaluating non-standard offerings, conducting technical product training for internal and external customers, and serving as a technical resource for pre-sales, products, and troubleshooting presentations. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, rapid learning, clear communication tailored to diverse audiences, and a strong customer-focus mindset. Location is Mandaluyong City, Philippines with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation and Control, Chemical, Mechanical) or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience providing technical support for instrumentation or flow measurement products
- Knowledge of Business System tools such as Oracle, CRM, other applicable tools
