Job Summary
Delinea is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Technical Support team, providing world-class post-sale technical support to customers and partners. The role involves assessing and documenting reported issues, formulating and communicating resolution plans, gathering information, investigating and reproducing case scenarios, and delivering clear customer responses with documented corrective actions. The candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and solid knowledge in IT administration, networking, security concepts, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, SQL, and .NET applications, with strong written and spoken English and the ability to operate in diverse international settings. This position reports to the Technical Support team manager and requires being located in Belfast, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven relevant professional experience as a technical support agent or its equivalent
- In depth knowledge and experience in at least some of the following:
- IT and System administration
- Networking and data transport and encryption
- Cloud infrastructure, Machine, network and services virtualization
- Security concepts and methodologies
- Relational databases and SQL language proficiency
- .NET applications
- Troubleshooting and problem deconstruction
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work diverse, international, customer and team environments
- Able to communicate technical concepts at a professional level in multiple languages is a plus.
