Job Summary
Technical Support Engineer to bridge IT solutions for an international client base while working remotely in Indonesia and aligning to Pacific Standard Time hours. Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting of software bugs and system requests, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in cloud infrastructure and web applications, maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions, deepening product knowledge, and providing data-driven feedback to the engineering team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, at least 2 years in IT support or cloud technical support, strong AWS and networking knowledge, and excellent English communication. Preferred programming background to assist in advanced debugging; full-time remote role with PST time-zone alignment; opportunity to work with global SaaS technologies and international stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field
- Minimum 2 years IT support/technical customer success/cloud technical support experience
- Solid knowledge of AWS, Web Development, Programming Logic, and Computer Networks
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
