Provide high-quality technical support to Francophone customers of the Hoxhunt platform, troubleshooting integrations, email infrastructure, and identity/workflow issues (SSO, SCIM provisioning, authentication) across Active Directory, Okta, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace; act as the primary technical support contact for the Francophone market, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve complex issues and feed customer insight back into the product; contribute to self-service tooling and knowledge base improvements. The role requires strong French and English communication, experience in technical support for B2B SaaS, and a structured troubleshooting approach, with hybrid work delivering weekly Helsinki office presence.
