Job Summary
Plan, execute, and follow up on expert consultations regarding meat products, food applications, and production technologies. Organize and lead training sessions and seminars for clients and employees while preparing technical contributions for press, marketing, and internal publications. Conduct workshops and product demonstrations at customer sites, trade shows, or internal events. Provide telephone support to clients and sales staff on technical and application-specific inquiries, offering professional backing to the sales team. Requires a background in butcher or meat technology with at least three years of experience, strong analytical skills, and 40% travel time.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metzgermeister und Fleischereitechniker (m/w/x) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Rezepturen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise mit Weitblick sowie proaktives, lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit einer strukturierten und selbständigen Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft von circa 40%
