Job Summary
Technical Support Engineer to strengthen local technical support for valves, develop sustainable repair and customer-support capability, and serve as the local technical reference. Responsibilities include mastering valve repair procedures, training workshop staff, supporting on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer facilities, identifying and resolving customer-specific issues, building trust-based relationships with local clients, gaining deep understanding of valve applications for tailored solutions, and maintaining communication with global expert centers (Yreka, South Korea). Willingness to travel frequently and ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics are required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree (Associate to Master level) in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Instrumentation, or related fields
- Experience in maintenance, field service, or vacuum/industrial equipment support
- Experience with valve components is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and technical schematics
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer support
- Technical English proficiency
