Job Summary
Lead on-site setup, calibration, and fine-tuning of AOI/SPI equipment while diagnosing complex hardware, software, and optical imaging issues. Collaborate with clients to optimize inspection algorithms, reduce False Call rates, and provide technical workshops for operators. Manage spare parts and maintenance plans, then act as the bridge to R&D by gathering customer needs and reporting product issues. Compile after-sales case knowledge and update the internal knowledge base for team sharing. Requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in AOI/AVI equipment debugging, proficiency in vision system calibration and PLC logic, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Must be adaptable to long-term on-site assignments or frequent business trips.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AOI/AVI equipment debugging or maintenance
- Proficiency in vision system calibration
- Proficiency in motion control
- Proficiency in PLC logic
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with factory managers
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, capable of using them as a working language
- Able to adapt to long-term on-site assignments or frequent business trips
