Job Summary
Lead advanced technical troubleshooting, commissioning, and application service for marine boiler systems, providing direct and helpdesk support while investigating failures. Coach and train Graduated and Senior Service Engineers through hands-on job tasks and product technology programs. Execute repair method development, create technical instructions, and deliver product, service, and maintenance training. Explain complex claims to customers and the sales department, prepare presentations, and provide field input for product and services development. Requires a Marine engineer background with 3-5 years of Heat Product experience and fluent English.
