Job Summary
Technical Support - Emergency: handle complaints and generate/dispatch field work orders; provide updates and assist implementation of field work orders; verify provider documents for billing and facilitate payment; act as custodian of department documents; facilitate issuance/returns and verify condition of tools and materials; ensure accuracy in document verification and equipment inspections; maintain clear communication with working groups; requires Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering preferred), TESDA Lineman Accreditation, and 1+ year experience; strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with handling emergency-related concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably an Electrical Engineering Diploma
- TESDA Lineman Accreditation
- At least 1 year working experience
- Experience managing the issuance, return, and condition audits of tools and equipment.
