Job Summary
Install key software applications on VR-headsets and tablets, providing onsite and remote technical support to hospital staff and patients. Communicate effectively with nurses to ensure deployments fit their schedules, while maintaining accurate records of installations. Contribute feedback for future software and hardware improvements as part of the team implementing cutting-edge medical technology across European hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in ICT, Zorgtechnicus, Informatica, ICT & Techniek, Gezondheidszorg Technologie, Medische Informatiekunde or Verpleegkunde with focus/interest in technology.
- Are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Are comfortable travelling to hospital sites.
Desired Qualifications
- Love to help solving technical problems for other people
- Have a basic understanding of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
- Can communicate effectively with medical staff, particularly nurses, and have the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and respectful way.
