Job Summary
Technical Support Consultant responsible for diagnosing and resolving highly complex product problems related to SQL Server, HL7, and Windows Server. Interfaces with international clients, performs troubleshooting and documentation to train lower-level staff, and communicates with product development to improve designs. Requires hands-on experience in application/product support, understanding of the software development lifecycle, healthcare IT familiarity, and potential after-hours/on-call availability; emphasizes customer-centric support, collaboration, and ongoing learning of current technologies and new products. 3+ years of experience preferred; offices in Baroda, India with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support
- Experience with SQL Server and HL7
- Exposure to Windows Server
- Experience troubleshooting performance-related issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of healthcare interfaces and HL7
- Certifications related to SQL, Server technologies or Healthcare IT are a plus
