Job Summary
Provide telephone, email, and web support for customers while prioritizing multiple issues and offering design assistance via chat. Continually develop product expertise by reviewing new functionality, testing products, and utilizing company resources. Deliver level 1 IT assistance to internal employees and maintain positive relationships with clients. Keep accurate records of all calls and contacts while working independently or as part of a team. Requires reliable high-speed internet and transportation for remote work occasions. Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts. Associates in IT or AV fields with two years of AV/IT installation experience are preferred, or high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable home high speed internet for working from home occasions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Desired Qualifications
- Associates in an IT or AV related field.
- 2 years experience in an AV or IT installation.
- AV Technologist certification
- High School diploma
- 4 years experience within an AV/IT installation/support field.
