Job Summary
Technical Support Associate at Cintas provides customer service to internal partners and external customers through calls, issue resolution, data entry, account reconciliations, reporting, and processing of new accounts and orders. Responsibilities include answering customer calls, prompt issue resolution, preparing invoices and reports, and making outbound follow-up calls to obtain information and resolve issues; occasional miscellaneous projects are included.
Required Qualifications
