Job Summary
Respond to inbound customer service calls to provide remote support problem resolution for ScriptPro systems, hardware, and peripherals. Open service requests in a ticketing system to organize, track, and escalate inquiries ranging from general questions to advanced technical issues. Maintain and upgrade software systems while supporting user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups. Troubleshoot desktop and peripheral issues and perform other duties as assigned. Complete three weeks of onsite training at headquarters in Mission, KS before beginning the remote work schedule from Thursday through Monday.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in an engineering or technology related field or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2 years of related experience
- Basic Windows OS Knowledge (XP/7/10/11)
- working knowledge of desktop and peripheral troubleshooting
- valid driver's license
- willingness to travel by air for work-related duties if located outside the area
- high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
- distraction free home office workspace
- willingness to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)
- Department of Defense security clearance
- legal authorization to work in the United States
