Job Summary

Technical Support Analyst role providing 1st level voice and remote support for Oracle Hospitality OPERA product suite (OPERA PMS, OXI, OWS, S&C, Reporting & Analytics) to hotels worldwide. Responsibilities include troubleshooting OPERA PMS issues (reservations, check-in/out, billing), documenting solutions in ICCP, escalating with Oracle teams, acting as customer advocate, providing technical assistance via phone/email/remote tools, assisting in OPERA configuration, installation, and training, staying updated on OPERA releases, and supporting weekend/shift coverage in a global hospitality environment. Requires minimum 2 years IT/hospitality systems support experience, OPERA experience preferred, graduate degree in technical/hospitality/business, understanding of hotel operations, strong customer service, Microsoft OS knowledge, Windows/Oracle/VMware familiarity, SQL preferred, excellent English and a 2nd European language, and flexibility for 24x7 shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ IT or hospitality systems support experience
  • Experience with hotel PMS applications, ideally Oracle OPERA
  • Graduate degree in technical, hospitality, or business field
  • Understanding of hotel operations (front office, reservations, housekeeping)
  • Customer service experience with direct client interaction
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of OS (Windows, Oracle, VMware) desirable
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Excellent English communication; fluency in a 2nd European language is mandatory
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility for global 24x7 shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Cross-cultural awareness
