Job Summary
Onsite in Nashville, TN for 60 days with remote work and potential conversion to permanent; contract-to-hire role. Provide client IT and application support for CereCore customers, documenting inquiries and resolutions via phone, email, or other channels; diagnose issues, research and resolve or escalate as needed; deliver a positive, professional client experience and build relationships; educate clients one-on-one in Revenue Cycle IT and expand product knowledge; contribute to self-help knowledge base and SOPs; collaborate across departments and ensure SLA adherence; provide after-hours and on-call support; participate in projects and documentation efforts. Requires 1-3 years of experience (degree preferred) and familiarity with Active Directory/NT administration and ITIL concepts; travel not specified. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; willingness to support onsite then remote work as the engagement evolves.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Desktop Skills and Customer Support experience preferred
- Customer service training/experience
- Root cause and trend analysis experience
- Working knowledge of Active Directory/NT Account administration preferred
- Understanding of ITIL and project management preferred
