Technical Support Analyst- Moody's Local

Job Summary
Provide first-level technical support to Moody’s Local end users across corporate applications, troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform issues (Power Apps, Power Automate/Flows, Dataverse) and Dynamics-related environments; deliver high-quality, timely support with clear, user-friendly communication; log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using the company’s service-management platform; collaborate with senior IT staff to investigate and resolve complex issues and propose improvements; administer user access provisioning and deprovisioning per policy; participate in ongoing application development and system maintenance initiatives; assist with basic testing/quality checks and uphold responsible AI practices in line with organizational guidelines; support continuous operations for Moody’s Local employees and contribute to cross-functional IT efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience
