Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Equivalent technical education or relevant IT support experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a technology environment
- Customer service focus
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Google Workspace
Desired Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with AI tools for support workflows
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
