Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Equivalent technical education or relevant IT support experience
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a technology environment
  • Customer service focus
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Google Workspace

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with AI tools for support workflows
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
