Job Summary
Provide daily production support for integration of applications and related systems; monitor, identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to integration processes, data transfer, and application performance; troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely, effective resolution while minimizing business impact; collaborate with internal technical teams and third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve integration-related problems; perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures; apply patches, upgrades, and new releases to integration platforms and related systems as necessary; maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations; work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and support business continuity during production incidents.
