Required Qualifications
- Troubleshooting or configuration knowledge on LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, and authentication systems
- Understanding of Email Troubleshooting (e.g. Office 365, Exchange)
- Knowledge on Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with a programming language
Desired Qualifications
