Job Summary
Technical Support Analyst II responsible for incident resolution and troubleshooting (Tier 2/3), system maintenance and administration, and user training. Works from the Peoria, IL office with travel within a 10-15% radius. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years in IT support or systems analysis; proficient with enterprise tools, network/hardware troubleshooting, and documenting knowledge base articles. Duties include cross-functional collaboration with IT teams and vendors, and providing guidance to volunteers. Salary is $27.00-$30.00 per hour, with standard 40-hour weeks (8:00-5:00) and full-time benefits. Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Typically, 4+ years of professional experience in IT support, systems analysis, or a closely related technical field
- Solid experience with common business productivity applications, enterprise service management tools, and fundamental network and hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical users; strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Travel: Day trips, some overnights (Travel: 10-15% sometimes on short notice)
