Job Summary
Technical Support Analyst I provides hardware/software technical support for Windows 7/Office 2010 environments, printers, desktops/laptops, and mobile devices, handling remote and in-person troubleshooting; interacts with internal/external escalation resources to resolve complex issues, recommends software/hardware for requirements, and assists with testing and knowledge maintenance for supported desktop software/hardware releases.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years exp in a Support Center or Call Center environment
- 2-4 years exp in an IT Support
- Cert preferred but not required in A+ Cert and/or any MS Certified Professional from the MCSE track
