Job Summary
Technical Support Analyst ILocation-based hybrid role in Mason, OH; provide remote hardware/software support, document and resolve customer issues, contribute to knowledge base, install new equipment, and participate in on-call emergency triage. Must communicate effectively, learn Apex products, utilize CRM and Help Desk tools, and work collaboratively to deliver prompt, fact-based solutions. Hybrid schedule with in-office in Mason, OH Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri when feasible. Salary $20–$25/hour ($41,600–$52,000/year). Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
