Job Summary
Technical Support Analyst to lead and scale Humata Health's support team in a health-tech, AI-enabled environment. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality technical support, routing and triaging tickets to meet SLAs, following and contributing to SOPs, implementing AI-driven support tools (e.g., chatbots, routing systems, predictive analytics), analyzing support data to identify recurring issues and opportunities for product and process improvements, autonomously resolving Tier 1-2 tickets, and ensuring cross-functional communication to drive data-driven decisions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience supporting B2B SaaS products; proficiency with JIRA or similar systems; strong communication and analytical skills; experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting B2B SaaS products
- Comfortability in JIRA or other similar ticketing systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
