Job Summary
Provide technical support to customers and business partners via phone, email, and remote sessions. Investigate issues, manage support tickets, and escalate where required. Work alongside developers to identify bugs and improve products. Assist with software testing and document user guides and release notes. Contribute to Agile/SCRUM activities and collaborate across the team. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop technical knowledge while working with an experienced, collaborative team at Pacifictech's modern riverside office in Hamilton.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
- A Ministry of Justice check forms part of our pre-employment process
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300 experience is highly regarded)
- An understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and SQL basics
