Job Summary
Bilingual Technical Support Analyst (French) working remotely with on-site 3-week training in Mission, KS. Respond to inbound calls, provide remote problem resolution, open service requests in a ticketing system, and support ScriptPro hardware/software. Requires French proficiency, Windows troubleshooting, and the ability to travel by air if outside the area. Compensation: $24/hour or $50K/year, with Canadian crew benefit; includes cybersecurity/compliance responsibilities and potential DoD clearance post-hire.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in an engineering or technology related field, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years of related experience
- Proficient in written and verbal French communication
- Basic Windows OS Knowledge (XP/7/10/11)
