Job Summary
Provide technical support to end users and B2B partners via in-person visits, phone, and email. Test products and present new offerings to customers at the showroom. Design technical solutions or recommend alternative products based on client needs. Conduct on-site training sessions and verify returned goods to assist the logistics team. This role requires an electrical engineering certificate, native-level Czech, and basic English. Candidates must work independently within a team, handle urgent on-site visits, and focus on detail-oriented problem-solving. Required Qualifications
- Osvědčení o odborné způsobilosti v elektrotechnice dle vyhlášky č. 250/2021 Sb.
- Anglický jazyk alespoň na základní úrovni
- Čeština na úrovni rodilého mluvčího
- Schopnost pracovat samostatně i jako součást týmu
- Schopnost řešit problémy s důrazem na detaily
- Flexibilitu, zvládat příležitostné naléhavé návštěvy na místě
- Místo výkonu práce: Praha 13 - Stodůlky
